Shipping is included in the product price. We do not charge shipping fees at checkout.

Shipping Destination

We currently ship to customers in Canada.

Fulfillment Location

Orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our EU fulfillment hub in Germany after processing and quality checks.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–10 business days (Monday–Saturday).

Delivery Time

After processing, estimated delivery to Canada is typically 13–30 business days. Delivery times may vary due to carrier operations, customs clearance, weather, or peak seasons.

Tracking

When available, tracking details will be provided by email after your order ships.

Duties & Import Fees

No additional import fees are charged to the customer at delivery. Any applicable import-related charges are handled as part of our shipping process.

Undeliverable / Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if delivery is refused, we will contact you to confirm next steps. Re-shipping may require a new shipment arrangement.
