Shipping & Delivery

KITSUNYA is a Canadian online boutique. All orders are shipped to customers in Canada.

Our products are created by independent partner studios in Ukraine and are fulfilled through our EU fulfillment hub in Germany before final delivery to customers in Canada.

Shipping is included in the product price. We do not add shipping fees at checkout.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 13–30 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Customs & Duties

Import fees and duties are prepaid where applicable. Customers are not charged additional duties upon delivery.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email (when available).

Fulfillment Location

Orders are dispatched from our EU fulfillment hub in Germany after processing and quality checks. This supports reliable international delivery to Canada with tracking and customs handling included.
