Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

• Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All original tags (if applicable) must be attached.
• Items must be returned in original packaging where possible.

How to Start a Return

Email us at kateryna@kitsunya.ca with your order number and the reason for the return. We respond within 24–48 business hours.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund processing time may vary by payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue.
